Orders

Yes, all items in the compulsory section make up the official ESCA School Uniform. Items in other sections are optional and not required.

All students from grades 4 to 12 must purchase every item listed in the compulsory category.

Each item has different size options available. When selecting an item, you can view its specific size options and refer to our accurate sizing guide for assistance.

Delivery to ESCA Wanderers:

Orders that are delivered to ESCA Wanderers takes 5 to 7 business days.

Delivery to your door:

The delivery time frame depends on your location:

  • If you're in Gauteng, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days.
  • If you're in remote areas of Gauteng like farms, plots, or rural locations, expect delivery in 10 to 15 business days.
  • For all other locations within South Africa, delivery takes between 13 and 20 business days.
  • For remote areas in the rest of South Africa, including farms, plots, or rural locations, delivery can take 15 to 20 business days

Shipping

Refunds & Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Unused and unworn
  • With tags intact
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, contact us at shop@esca.org.za. Please drop off your returns to: The main reception at ESCA School Wanderers - 21 North Street, Illovo.

Please note all refund amounts exclude the delivery fee.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received an incorrect item. We'll assess the situation and work to resolve the issue. You can reach us at shop@esca.org.za for assistance.

Yes, if your order is being shipped within South Africa, you can cancel it for any reason within 14 days of placing it. To qualify for cancellation, your item should be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags intact, in its original packaging, and with the receipt or proof of purchase. To cancel your order, please contact us at shop@esca.org.za.

If you have mistakenly provided the wrong delivery address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at shop@esca.org.za. We'll assist you in updating the delivery address.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company might take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

If it's been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven't received it yet, please contact us at shop@esca.org.za.

By default, all orders are delivered to the main reception at ESCA Wanderers. However, if you prefer, you can opt to have your items delivered to an alternate address for an additional cost of R50. Do you have a physical store where I can buy the uniform? No, the ESCA uniform is exclusively sold through our online store. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us at shop@esca.org.za.

Account

We take your privacy and the security of your information very seriously. All personal information you provide during checkout and registration is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, ensuring it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. In addition, your information is stored on a secure server, accessible only to a limited number of authorized personnel. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. If you've forgotten your password, don't worry. Simply click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. You'll be asked to enter the email address associated with your account. Once you've done that, we'll send you an email with a link to reset your password. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

To view your past orders, first, you need to log into your account. Once you're logged in, click on your username or the person icon at the top right corner of the page. This will take you to your account dashboard. From there, select "Order History" or "My Orders". You'll then be able to see a list of all your past orders, along with their details such as date, items purchased, and total amount.
